Mustafa Khan is an associate at Wood Gold LLP and practices Family Law.
Mustafa obtained his Bachelors of Laws with Honours from City University of London in 2015 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. Prior to attending Law School, Mustafa completed his Bachelor of Arts, Honours Specialization in Urban Development.
Mustafa started out his law career assisting clients with attaining social benefits and combatting evictions at the Elgin-Oxford Legal Clinic in St. Thomas, Ontario. Once called to Bar, he advised clients about their family law issues, immigration applications and business contracts. He continued to practice as a Criminal Defence Barrister and Federal Prosecutor in Owen Sound, Ontario. He appeared frequently in the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice in both capacities.
He is an active member of the Canadian Muslim Lawyers Association, Peel Law Association, and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Mustafa applies an active listening approach to understand his clients’ issues and exercises a meticulous understanding of the law to help clients achieve results.
Outside of law, Mustafa enjoys exploring the culinary delights the GTA has to offer with his wife, listening to podcasts about human behavior and
social problems, and reconnecting with his spiritual self.
