Ogem S. Odum is an associate of Wood Gold LLP and practices Family Law and Wills.
Ogem is an internationally trained lawyer, called to the Canadian bar in 2022, after completing the law practice program at the Toronto Metropolitan University.
Prior to being called to the bar in Canada, she obtained a law degree from Madonna University, Nigeria. She was called to the Nigerian bar in 2015 and practiced Civil and Commercial law in a boutique law firm. She obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall at York University in 2021, whilst also fulfilling the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) examination requirements and obtained a certificate of qualification.
Ogem joined the firm in November 2022. She is passionate about Family Law, Estate Planning and social justice. She is attentive to her clients, provides services tailored to clients’ needs and shares practical advice.
In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, rustle up flavourful meals, read novels and watch movies.
